I am a very boring person, so this will not be surprising that I have somehow managed to reference Goethe’s Zauberzirkel again by compartmentalizing how I use my PC:
I have created local accounts for work, for social media, and for gaming, made them be not-admin accounts, given each of them an individual wallpaper and profile picture, built profiles inside Firefox for where it makes the most sense (i.e. for social media), added extensions and stuff for these profiles, and now when I want to switch the function of my laptop (I would argue that I am actually switching my own function that way), I switch accounts.
Which means, I can switch rooms.
Making me do a few steps in between.
