I have quit caffeine two days ago. I expect to be rid of withdrawal effects in the next few days, because caffeine is such a filthy addiction, you actually experience withdrawal effects which maybe not coincidentally are the same as the reason why people drink/imbibe caffeine: tiredness. It is an absurd loop.
In general, I am starting to look at a more healthy lifestyle, and so far not running or rushing everywhere has changed my moods. Maybe this will be my health thread, eventually?
